How to Use Calmness?
After installing the app, opening it takes you directly to the features page.

The default is the 4-7-8 Breathing technique: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold breath for 7 seconds, exhale for 8 seconds. This technique helps reduce stress and promote relaxation.
Click the play button on the right to begin.

Follow the prompts on the screen for breathing. You can feel the effects after just a few minutes.
In addition to this method, several others are built-in:

Box Breathing: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds. This method enhances focus and calms the mind.
Diaphragmatic Breathing: Deep inhalation, expanding the diaphragm, for 4 seconds, then exhale for 6 seconds. This exercise improves lung efficiency and reduces stress.
Pursed Lip Breathing: Inhale through the nose for 2 seconds, then exhale slowly through pursed lips for 4 seconds. This method helps slow down breathing and promotes relaxation.
Resonant Breathing: Inhale and exhale evenly, typically maintaining about 6 breaths per minute. This method balances the nervous system and improves emotional well-being.

You can also set your own rhythm.
