Diosic User Experience: A High-Performance Music Streaming Player
What is Diosic?
Diosic is an open-source web-based music collection server and streaming platform. It is primarily suitable for users who need to deploy it on servers with limited hardware specifications.
It is developed using Rust, featuring low memory usage, high performance, and a very clean interface for streaming music.

User Experience
After installing the application and opening the homepage, you only need to enter the password. However, the design appears to be optimized for mobile devices, making it look relatively simple on a computer.

The homepage after logging in.

Click the icon in the top-left corner to see more menu options.

Music files need to be placed in the LazyCat Cloud Drive - Diosic directory. I uploaded several MP3 files.

Return to the workspace and click "Reload All".

Returning to the homepage, the music now appears.

I tested both MP3 and FLAC formats, and both are supported. Click on a track to start playback.

The experience feels better on mobile compared to desktop.

Its storage footprint is only 25MB, which is much more reassuring compared to media players that often take up hundreds of megabytes.

If you're looking for a minimalist music player, you might want to try Diosic.
