Practical Usage Tips

After installing the app, opening it takes you directly to the main page.

First, go to Settings and switch the language to Chinese.

Return to the home page and let's add a vehicle.

Fill in the basic vehicle information:

• Brand & Model (e.g., Honda Accord)
• Year (e.g., 2020)

Here are the most commonly used functions:

1. Click "Refueling Record"
2. Fill in the following information:
   • Refueling Date
   • Current Mileage
   • Fuel Amount (Liters)
   • Fuel Cost

• Record every refueling; the system automatically calculates fuel consumption.
• You can take photos to save fuel receipts for future reference.

Record detailed information for each maintenance:

1. Click "Maintenance"

2. Select the maintenance type:

   • Oil Change
   • Tire Replacement
   • Brake Pad Replacement
   • Regular Maintenance
   • Other Repairs

3. Fill in the details:

   • Maintenance Date
   • Mileage
   • Cost
   • Service Shop Name
   • Notes (e.g., type of oil used, part brands)

The system provides powerful expense analysis features:

Monthly Analysis:

• View total monthly expenses
• Analyze the proportion of fuel, maintenance, and repair costs
• Compare expense changes across different months

Annual Analysis:

• View annual vehicle expenses
• Analyze which months had higher spending
• Predict future expense trends

You can directly generate a vehicle report and print it as a PDF.

In Settings, you can create backups and perform restores. This automatically generates a ZIP file.
