📚 BookLore: Build Your Personal Digital Library
🔍 What is BookLore?
BookLore is an eBook management system. Simply put: ✅ Store your books on a private server: Upload PDFs and ePub files directly. ✅ Automatically beautify your library: Ugly covers? Messy filenames? It intelligently matches book titles, authors, and covers, transforming your shelf into a bookstore display instantly. ✅ Cloud-sync reading progress: Start reading on your phone, continue on your computer, with progress automatically tracked.

📚 Build Your Library in 3 Steps:
- Create a Library
- Click
Add a Library→ Name it "Fiction Library" or similar. - Choose any icon, check Monitor Folder (to automatically scan for new books).
- Click

- Enter the path as
/books(This is the path inside the container, don't change it!).
2. Upload Books (2 Methods)
- Web Upload:
- Go into your Library → Click Upload Book.
- Drag and drop PDF/ePub files (Note: mobi format is not currently supported!).

- Direct File Copy:
- Drop your eBook files into the ~/books folder in your Lanmoo Netdisk.
- Wait about 1 minute for BookLore to automatically recognize them!

After uploading, if the books don't appear, try clicking refresh. If they still don't show up, restart the application.

- Metadata Repair (Extremely Useful!)
- Missing cover? Click on the book card →
Edit Metadata. - The system automatically fetches correct information from Amazon/Goodreads/Google Books.
- Manually edit author, genre, tags (e.g., "Mystery", "Read").
- Missing cover? Click on the book card →

💡 Tip: Don't worry about garbled filenames! BookLore uses ISBN for intelligent matching, so a messy filename like
asdf.pdfcan still be recognized as The Three-Body Problem.
It would be even better if it could scan directly from Lanmoo Netdisk.
💎 Summary
BookLore might not be the most feature-rich option, but it's definitely the easiest to set up for a self-hosted library + delivers the smoothest experience!
It's especially perfect for book lovers who value their privacy—after all, knowledge shouldn't be locked away on someone else's server. ✨
