FileMarkd

FileMarkd converts PDFs, images and text files into clean Markdown — fully offline on your LazyCat box, with no cloud services and no API keys. Core features: - Multi-page PDF recognition with per-page separators; JPEG/PNG handled natively, WebP/TIFF/AVIF/HEIC/BMP/GIF auto-transcoded - Table reconstruction: tables in documents are emitted as standard GFM tables, merged cells supported - Heading levels and paragraph structure rebuilt automatically, with per-page confidence scores - Streaming per-page progress during conversion, cancellable at any time - Three import paths: drag & drop or pick local files, paste a document URL, or load built-in samples - Editable results with copy and .md/.txt download LazyCat integration: - LazyCat Drive file interception: upload and download entries automatically offer the local/netdisk chooser, and converted Markdown can be saved to any drive folder - Open PDFs and images directly from the drive via right-click "Open with" - Dual-engine architecture: the default offline OCR engine works with zero configuration; when a RapidOCR service is detected, table reconstruction is upgraded automatically with automatic fallback — the active engine is always reported - Conversion results are never stored; processed data is used in place Usage: open the app and drop a file; files loaded via the drive's "Open with" are fetched automatically. Remote URL imports require the box to reach the target host; unreachable hosts can use the optional outbound proxy in deployment settings.
