Lada Video Restore
Single-user offline video mosaic removal workbench: upload-and-fix, trial preview, resumable long runs, processed locally on an AIPod compute pod.
Lada Video Restore is a single-user offline video mosaic removal workbench that runs on a LazyCat AIPod (Jetson AGX Orin compute pod), featuring 2026 state-of-the-art decoding. Videos are processed entirely on the local pod, never uploaded to any cloud. Key features: - Upload and fix: with auto-restore enabled, selected files are queued and processed end-to-end automatically; - Trial preview: repair a short clip first to confirm quality before committing to a long full run; - Resumable long runs: pause/resume and recovery across restarts without losing progress; - Quality & encoding: per-frame precise ROI mosaic detection, export at the two most common bitrates (3 Mbps / 5 Mbps); 4K output is not yet supported; - Media library: play outputs/sources, transfer to LazyCat Drive, open videos from the file manager straight to the app; - LAN direct mode: scan a QR code on the same LAN to connect to the pod for full-speed transfer (token-gated; only the static shell without a token). Performance: optimized specifically for older-generation compute pods — processing speed is close to 1:1 (a ~2-hour movie takes about 2 hours to process). Hardware & data: tested on NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin (AGX Orin 64G, L4T R36.5.2); task and output data persist across app upgrades/restarts. Built for individuals who need local offline video processing.
