Bioinfor-Claw is a 24/7 bioinformatics co-pilot designed to make daily bioinformatics analysis easy and simple. It covers 10 application scenarios and has 50 specific skills. Core features: one project, two forms Bioinfor-Claw is designed as a unified project that combines two uses: Independent bioinformatics agent (Standalone Agent) Clone the warehouse and execute a single command to get a browser-based chat interface. The backend is driven by an autonomous agent that can independently select tools, run analysis, remember contexts across dialogue turns, and directly generate charts and tables that can be used for publication. Run independently without the need for an external proxy framework. Modular Skills Library All 50 analytical capabilities are packaged into self-contained, agent-friendly skills. Each skill includes: SKILL.md documentation, a workable Python implementation, and clear input/output contracts. These skills can be plug and play in OpenClaw, Claude Code, or any custom agent that can scan SKILL.md files.
