First check the "Resume Quantity","Position Quantity","Analysis Report","Delivery Records" and "Job Preparation Progress" on the "Data Kanban". You can also enter the next step through "shortcut entrances" such as "Upload Resume","Create a New Job" and "Start Analysis". 2. Open "Resume Management" and click "Upload Resume". After the status displays "Resolved", you can view "Details" and "Version Management", and set common resumes to "default". 3. Open "Position Management" and click "New Position". Fill in at least "Company","Position" and "JD Content"; it is recommended to supplement "Type","Location","Source","Salary","Internship Cycle","Job Link" and "Skill Requirements" at the same time. After saving, you can click "Start Analysis" from the position card. 4. Expand "AI Analysis" on the left and enter "Matching Analysis", select "Resume","Resume Version" and "Job JD", and then select "Quick Analysis" or "Deep Analysis". You need to ignore the need to turn on "Forced Reanalysis" when caching is regenerated, and finally click "Start AI Analysis". 5. After the task is run, you can open the "AI Task Center" through the task floating window in the lower right corner of the page; the completion results can be viewed in the "Analysis Report". Report cards and details pages provide follow-up operations such as "exporting PDF","generating interview questions" and "re-analysis". 6. Open "Delivery Record" and click "Create Delivery" to associate positions, optionally associate resumes and analysis reports, fill in status, priority, delivery date and comments, and click "Create" to complete the first job search process record.
