LiftTrace is a self-managed strength training assistant used to record training logs, manage plan templates, track statistics, and import historical records.

Description

Lazy cat OIDC login has been integrated. Note: If you need AI functions, you need to open them in the configuration wizard, and then enter the application to configure the model url, api key and model name. ##Functional characteristics - Training diary: Record training movements, number of groups, weight, number of times, RPE, warm-up group and completion status by date, support super groups, rest timer, training completion summary and share pictures. - Training plans and templates: Create multi-day plans, training templates, goal types, and initial templates, and load the plans into the training diary for the day. - Action library and custom actions: Built-in action sources such as wger and Free Exercise DB, and supports search, collection, alternative action suggestions, custom actions and action media uploading. - Statistical analysis: Check continuous training, weekly training frequency, training amount, muscle distribution, personal records, weight trends and training performance over different time ranges. - Trace AI Coach: Can be connected to Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or OpenAI-compatible endpoints to combine recent training, plans and weight trends to make training suggestions, natural language records and image reviews. - Backup and recovery: Supports full ZIP backup, backup list download, recovery from ZIP upload, scheduled backup and retention policies. - Historical training import: Supports CSV import of Strong, Hevy, FitNotes, and Jefit, and provides preview, repeating date skipping or replacement processes.
