Convert ordinary PDFs into scanned copies locally in the browser and do not upload them to external servers. Supports opening PDFs from the local computer or lazy cat online disk, and can be saved to the local computer or online disk after being generated; if association has been applied, you can right-click "Open with PDF Pseudo-Scan" on the online disk PDF.
PDF pseudo-scan is a PDF effect tool that runs completely locally in the browser.
