When you enter the background for the first time, you can use your lazy cat account to log in through OIDC. 2. If you are not using OIDC, you can create the first set of local administrator usernames and passwords on the login page. 3. After OIDC logs in for the first time, it can set a local password in the background; then it can use the local form to log in and let the lazy cat automatically fill in the saved credentials. 4. Create categories in the background, then add sites, and configure one or more access links for the sites. 5.
