Exercise Diary is an open source, self-hosted application designed to help you track your workout and visualize your exercise volume over the year in a way similar to the GitHub contribution graph. It provides an intuitive way to view the frequency and consistency of your exercise, thereby motivating you to stay active. Main characteristics: GitHub-style annual visualization: Present your exercise data in the form of a familiar calendar heat map, with each square representing a day and shades of color representing the amount of exercise that day. This allows you to see at a glance your exercise patterns throughout the year. Flexible Exercise Recording: Allows you to record various types of workouts, including but not limited to running, weightlifting, swimming, yoga, etc. You can customize the type of exercise as needed. Data persistence: Data is stored locally and you have complete control of your data. Configurable: Allows you to configure the application to suit your needs.
