Lazy cat OIDC login has been integrated. aakd is a self-managed contract life cycle management application that is used to centrally save contract files, retrieve contract content, track renewal nodes, view contract portfolio status, and provide a basic workbench for subsequent approval, signing, and AI-assisted review. ##Who is suitable for use - Individuals or teams who need to manage PDF and DOCX contract documents in a unified manner - Business people who need to quickly find contracts, suppliers, expiration dates, and renewal terms - Users who need to deploy a private contract library in Lazy Cat Micro Service ##First use 1. Install and turn on aakd in the lazy cat mini suit. 2. Click "Log in using lazy cat account". 3. Create an organization, such as My Contract Library, the first time you enter. 4. After the creation is completed, enter the dashboard. After that, logging in again will automatically return to the existing organization, and there is no need to create it repeatedly. ##Upload a contract 1. Open "Contract" in the left navigation. 2. Click New Contract, or go to the `/contracts/new` page. 3. Drag the contract file to the upload area, or click Select File. 4. Supported formats: PDF, DOCX. 5. The maximum size of a single file is 50 MB. 6. After uploading, the system will save the contract and automatically enter the subsequent text extraction and field analysis process. ##View and manage contracts - "Contract": View the list of uploaded contracts, and enter the details page to view contract information. - "Renewal": View renewal information such as automatic renewal, notice period, and imminent expiration. - "Template": Manage contract templates. - "Obligations": View contract performance obligations, tasks and completion status. - "Analysis": View statistical information such as contract number, expiration trend, approval funnel, etc. - "Settings": Manage organization, members, API keys and notification configurations. ##Open contract link for testing The following public documents can be used to test the upload function.
