A podcast publishing application based on PHP and SQLite that provides RSS, public pages, SEO and management backend.
Lazy cat oidc login has been integrated. EasyPodcast is a lightweight podcast publishing application suitable for self-hosting individual, team or brand podcasts on Lazy Cat Micro Services. The application uses PHP + SQLite. After installation, you can manage podcast information, upload audio, publish programs through the web page, and automatically generate public podcast websites, RSS feeds, site maps and basic SEO information. ##Release a program 1. Click `Add episode` in the background. 2. Fill in the program title, text introduction, short description, release date and other information. 3. Upload audio files. 4. Select release status: - Draft: Save as a draft, not displayed on the foreground - Published: Publish immediately, the home page and RSS Feed will be displayed - Scheduled: Published at the set time 5. After saving, go back to the home page to refresh, and you can see the released programs. ##Import existing podcasts If you already have an old podcast RSS: 1. Go backstage. 2. Click `Import RSS feed`. 3. Enter the old RSS Feed address. 4. Follow the page prompts to import programs, audio and pictures. After importing, it is recommended to check the title, cover, category and language on the Podcast page and save it again. ###RSS addresses that can be used to test imported The following addresses have been verified to return RSS XML, and can be directly pasted into the `Import RSS feed` page for testing: - Small universe "fishing nonsense": `https://feed.xyzfm.space/geat4tnbd47l` - Small universe "suspend experiments": `https://feed.xyzfm.space/aevvmucbrb9e` Importing pages requires an RSS Feed address, not the program homepage address. It is recommended to click Preview first to confirm that the program list can be read before importing. When importing, the application will download MP3s and pictures to the local area, and it will be slower when the number of programs is large. ##Language Description The current new installation of the lazy cat port version uses the English interface by default: - Default interface language: English (`en_US`) - RSS default language: `en-US` After logging in to the backend, you can still switch to other languages in the `Language` card on the homepage of the backend, such as Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, etc. Simplified Chinese has been added to the current version. You can select Simplified Chinese from Language on the background home page, or select Simplified Chinese from Panel language on the Podcast page.
