Renewlet is a self-hosted subscription management tool that is used to centrally record periodic expenses such as members, software, cloud services, domain names, insurance, and bills. You can set the amount, currency, deduction period, next deduction date, classification, payment method, tags and notes for each subscription, and keep track of renewal arrangements in advance through statistics, calendar and reminder functions. ##Who is suitable for use - People who want to know how much the monthly subscription service costs. - People who often forget trial periods, membership, cloud services or domain name renewal dates. - Users who want to put their personal or family subscription ledger in their micro service. - People who need to organize periodic expenditures by classification, payment method, status, and label. ##Add the first subscription 1. Open the "Subscription List" and click "Add Subscription". 2. Fill in the service name, such as Netflix, Spotify, iCloud, domain name, server, or other recurring bill. 3. Set the price, currency, deduction period, start date, and next deduction date. 4. Select classification, payment method and status, and you can also add tags, websites, notes and logos. 5. Set the number of days for advance reminders. Expiration reminders will be automatically sent based on your notification settings. ##View renewals and expenditures - The homepage will summarize active subscriptions, recent renewals and monthly costs. - The "Subscription List" supports search, filtering, sorting, tag filtering, and can export JSON or CSV. - The "Statistics" page allows you to view monthly/annual converted costs, budget utilization, classification proportion, distribution of payment methods, and savings from deactivated subscriptions. - The "Calendar" page displays subscriptions that are about to be renewed by date, which is suitable for checking the deduction arrangements for the current month. ##Configure Reminders 1. Open the notification configuration in "Settings". 2. Select the notification channel and fill in the corresponding parameters. The available channels are based on the current application settings page. 3. Set the daily notification time and whether to include expired subscriptions. 4. Use Test Notifications to confirm that the channel is available. Renewlet enables built-in notification scheduling by default in the Lazy Cat Micro Service, and no additional configuration of external scheduled tasks is required.
