Enter 'Diary' and record the day's diet item by item by item for breakfast, lunch, dinner and extra meal. 2. If there is no corresponding entry in the food bank, first go to the 'Foods' page to add food, fill in the basic information and nutritional values, and then go back to 'Diary' to add it to the meal. 3. Drinking water is quickly recorded through the `Log water` entrance; weight, body fat and circumference are recorded through the `Body stats` entrance. 4. After each meal record is completed, observe the nutrition summary at the bottom of the page and in the meal card to confirm whether the calorie and macro nutrition ratio for the day is in line with expectations. 5. Check trends in calories, weight, drinking water, etc. in Statistics; if you need to check the data for the day, remember to check 'Include today (partial day)'. 6. View the progress of current drinking water goals and other goals in Goals; switch between Your Goals, All Fields, and Templates. 7. Create full backups regularly in Backup & Restore to avoid data loss caused by migration or improper operations.
