Description

Lazy cat oidc login has been integrated. Bloom is a privacy-focused self-hosted period tracking app that is suitable for recording periods, symptoms, daily status, diaries and cycle trends in lazy cat microsuits. The data is stored in your micro-service local SQLite database, does not rely on third-party cloud services, and does not contain advertisements and tracking scripts. ##Main functions - Start and end of period recording - Period history management, editing and deletion - Symptom recording to support multiple symptoms such as pain, emotion, flow, and physical reactions - Daily status records, including basic body temperature, cervical mucus, sleep, stress and energy - Diary records to support daily replenishment of mood and remarks - Calendar view to view cycles and records by date - Trend analysis to view cycle lengths, symptom patterns and prediction information - Batch import of historical data - Data export, encrypted backup and recovery - Partner support views and notification features - Support lazy cat OIDC login, and you can enter the application using your WeChat account ##Record your period Go to the Log Period page in the top navigation bar. ###Start a period 1. Select the start date of your period in Period Start Date. 2. Click `Log Period Start`. 3. The system will record this date as the start time of this period. 4. After recording, the page will show that there is currently a period in progress. ###Ending a period When your period ends: 1. Go back to the Log Period page or Dashboard. 2. Click `Mark as Ended`. 3. Select an end date and save. 4. Bloom uses the start date and end date to calculate the length of this period. ###Modify or delete history You can see historical menstrual records in Period History. - Click Edit to modify the start or end date. - Click the Delete button to remove the error record. ##Record symptoms Go to the Symptoms page. You can record different types of symptoms by date, such as: - Physical symptoms such as abdominal pain, headache, and low back pain - Emotional states such as mood swings, anxiety, and irritability - Changes in menstrual blood flow - Other custom comments It is recommended to record only the symptoms you truly feel every day. After long-term recording, the Trends page will make it easier to show the relationship between cycle stages and symptoms.
