Timeful
Timeful is a voting tool for shared available time for teams, classmates and friends. It supports publicly initiating appointments, viewing overlapping idle periods for multiple people, and optionally binding to Google, Outlook, Apple or ICS calendars to automatically fill idle times.
Lazy cat OIDC login has been integrated. ##Functional characteristics - Public launch time voting: You can create an activity page and share links with colleagues, classmates or friends to collect available time. - Overlapping time viewing with multiple people: Quickly find the most suitable meeting time based on feedback from all participants. - Multiple date and time range settings: Support the creation of votes by date range, specific time period and different granularities. - Group availability management: Support the maintenance of shared availability time and subsequent arrangements in group scenarios. - Multiple calendar type access: Support Google, Outlook, Apple Calendar and ICS Feed as auto-populated sources. - Time zone collaboration: Suitable for teams across time zones, allowing time to be understood and displayed according to the time zone of each participant. - Export of reply results: Support export of usability results to facilitate subsequent organization and reporting. ###First use process 1. Open `Sign in` in`in the upper right corner of the home page, or directly visit`/sign-in`. 2. Log in using your lazy cat account. 3. After authorization is completed, it will automatically return to `/home`. The '+ Create new' button and the current user avatar initials menu will be displayed in the upper right corner of the current measurement interface. 4. After clicking `+ Create new`, select `Event` or `Availability group` first. If you are only initiating an appointment vote, select Event. 5. Fill in the event name, candidate date and time range in the `New event` pop-up window, and then click `Create event` at the bottom of the pop-up window. 6. After the event is successfully created, it will enter the public event page; you can click `Copy link` to send the link to participants. Note: If the following functions are needed, configure them accordingly in the Configuration Wizard 1. `Continue with Google` / `Continue with Outlook` are two login entrances. 2. ** Whether automatic calendar filling is available **, after the activity page `Add availability`, select Google / Outlook's ability to automatically read idle time.
