First record temporary tasks in **Inbox**. 2. Create projects for different scenarios, such as "Family Affairs","Work Plan", and "Shopping Plan". 3. Set dates, priorities, labels, or owners for tasks. 4. You mainly check **Today** and **Calendar** every day.
