A self-managed training recording tool for personal and family fitness scenarios that supports training plans, ongoing workouts, diet records, weight trends and progress overviews.
Lazy cat OIDC login has been integrated. ##Functional characteristics - Training records and review: Save the complete training process according to training name, movements, number of groups, weight, RPE and remarks, and support historical review. - Training plan management: Program templates can be created, edited and reused, suitable for fixed differentiated training or periodic arrangements. - Ongoing training mode: Supports two training views: Active Workout and Gym Mode, making it easy to quickly switch between instruments and check in groups. - Dashboard statistics: Provide overview information such as training frequency, volume trends, and muscle balance to help continuously track progress. - Action library and personal records: The first automatic synchronization of 800+ action libraries, and view PR, historical trends and muscle group information on the action details page. - Diet and weight recording: Support recording of calories, three major nutrients, weight changes and daily statistics to facilitate diet adjustments with the training cycle. - Self-managed data persistence: SQLite is used in the backend, and all data is saved in the persistence directory of the lazy cat instance itself. ###Common usage path description 1. Dashboard: View this week's training trends, in-progress training entrances and resume training buttons. 2. `Programs`: Create reusable training templates such as "Upper Body Strength Day" and "Leg Training Day". 3. Start Workout: Start a training session from a blank training session or an existing Program. 4. Food: Record meals, calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat. 5. Weight: Record weight and observe trend changes.
