AnyHabit
Universal Habit Tracking Dashboard-A way tracking model that supports developing good habits or breaking bad habits, Built-in classification management, dark/light mode switching, automatic economic impact calculation, daily mood diary, and Boolean trackers. Data is stored locally using SQLite and is completely self-managed to protect privacy.
AnyHabit's most exciting design is its dual Tracking Modes concept. When you click the '+' sign next to the left sidebar to create a new tracker, you will see the 'TYPE' drop-down menu: * **Build ** * ** Applicable scenarios **: Positive habits you want to cultivate, such as reading, fitness, and drinking water. * ** Settings **: Enter your goal, such as how much to reach per day (Target Goal). * **Quit mode ** * ** Applicable scenarios **: Negative habits you want to reduce or completely eliminate, such as smoking, drinking milk tea, and staying up late. * ** Settings **: Set an upper limit on the frequency you want to avoid (Usage to avoid). The system records the number of "Streak" days you successfully persisted. ## 2. How to create a new tracker Click the '+' button next to 'YOUR TRACKERS' in the left sidebar to fill in the following information: 1. **Name **: Name your habits, such as "Daily Reading" or "Quit Milk Tea". 2. **Category **: Click the drop-down menu to select an existing category (such as General), or click `+ Create new category` to create a new category (such as Health, Finance, etc.). 3. **Type **: Select Build or Quit. 4. **Unit **: What units do you want to measure it in? (For example: Pages, Cups, Minutes). If you do not fill it in, the system will record it as a boolean value (completed/incomplete) by default. 5. ** Target Goal / Usage to avoid **: Set a specific value and cycle (daily/weekly/monthly) based on the tracking type you select. 6. **Secondary Impact **: * This is a very practical ** incentive function **. You can set the ripple effects of this habit. * ** Example **: If you are quitting (Quit), you can set it to save $20 for every less pack of cigarettes you smoke. If you drink one less cup of milk tea, you will lose 500 calories. It will intuitively help you calculate long-term benefits or costs.
