Have a one-on-one conversation with an AI coach. ###Goals Set and track your life goals. ###Reviews (regular reviews) Regularly review your life and track trends in various areas. ###Profile(profile) Manage your basic information, and AI coaches will provide personalized suggestions based on this information. ###Coaching Style Customize the communication style of AI coaches.
