Self-hosted real-time flight tracker-Track global flight dynamics in real time on an interactive map. Based on ADS-B data, it supports functions such as aircraft type identification, airline decoding, 9000+ airport display, and day and night boundaries. No API keys are needed and are available out of the box.
SkyWatch is a self-hosted real-time flight tracking app. Open it to view real-time locations, flight information and flight data of thousands of aircraft around the world on an interactive map. No API keys, no need to register an account, and you can use it right out of the box. ##Function Overview - ** Global real-time tracking ** -refreshed every about 15 seconds, tracking thousands of aircraft - ˇ* * Rich flight information ** -Automatic identification of aircraft type, registration number, airline, and operator - ** Detailed flight data ** -altitude, speed, heading, vertical speed, Squawk, etc. - ** Full-text search ** -Quickly find flights by call sign, registration number, and airline name - ˇ **9,000+ airports ** -Zoomed map automatically shows nearby airports - ** Day and night dividing line ** -Real-time day and night coverage area visualization - ** Time Zone Bar ** -The top displays the time zone corresponding to the map viewport - ** Dark/bright mode ** -Switch themes with one click ### 1. View global flights After opening the app, the map displays a global view by default, with all flying flights marked in different colors: - ** Yellow ** -Airline flights - ** Green ** -Private/General Aviation - ** Red ** -Military aircraft - ** Gray ** -Aircraft on the ground The left sidebar displays the total number of aircraft currently tracked and the number of each category. ### 2. Search flights Enter keywords in the search box in the upper left corner to support the search: - ** Call sign **(such as `CCA` searching for Air China,`UAE` searching for United Arab Emirates) - ** Registration number **(e.g.`B-1234`) - ** Name of airline company/operator ** The search results are displayed in real time, and you can directly locate the aircraft by clicking the results.
