TorqVoice is a self-hosted comprehensive management system for auto repair shops that uses one platform to replace scattered tools to uniformly manage customers, vehicles, work orders, quotations, invoices, inventory and accounts. ##Core Function Usage Guide ### 1. Customer Management (Customers) Sidebar **Clients → Customers** Enter the customer list. - Click the button in the upper right corner to add a customer and fill in the name, contact information, address and other information - Each customer automatically associates all their vehicle and service records - Manage messaging with customers through **Messages** ### 2. Vehicle Management (Vehicles) Sidebar **Workshop → Vehicles** Enter the vehicle list. - Add vehicles for customers and record brand, model, year, license plate number, VIN code, etc. - Each vehicle has a complete maintenance history file for easy traceability ### 3. Work Order Management (Work Orders) The sidebar **Workshop → Work Orders** or the top **+ New Work Order** button can be quickly created. - ** Create a work order **: Select the customer and vehicle, and fill in the maintenance item description - ** Status flow **: Work orders support multi-status tracking- Pending → In Progress → Waiting Parts → Ready → Completed - ** Assign technicians **: Assign responsible technicians (Tech) for each work order - Manage all work orders in Kanban view in **Work Board** ### 4. Quotes and invoices (Quotes and Billing) Sidebar **Business → Quotes** Manage quotes, **Billing*** Manage bills. - ** Create a quote **: Generate a detailed quote for maintenance projects, supporting customized fields - ** Convert to invoice **: You can convert to invoice with one click after the quotation is confirmed - ** Payment status **: Track Paid/ Partial/Unpaid ### 5. Inventory Management Sidebar **Business → Inventory** Enter the inventory page. - Manage parts inventory: name, supplier, quantity, cost price - Low inventory warning: Automatic warning when inventory is insufficient - Associated Job Order: Parts used in the job order are automatically deducted from inventory ### 6. Report analysis (Reports) Sidebar **Business → Reports** View the data report. - Revenue analysis, service statistics, customer analysis, inventory reports - Visual chart display ### 7. Inspection and scheduling - **Inspections**: Record vehicle inspection results - **Calendar**: View all appointments and work singles in calendar view
