Open source ERP system for small handicraft manufacturers and craft companies. ### 1. first login After accessing the app, the system will guide you to create an administrator account: 1. enter the email address 2. set a password 3. Enter **Production → Batches** 2. Click **New Batch** 3. Select products, set quantities and plan dates 4. The system automatically calculates the required raw materials ** View production plan: ** - **Weekly**: Weekly view, planning a weekly production schedule - **Daily**: Daily view to view the production tasks of the day - **Batches**: List of all batches --- ###Product catalog (Products) ** Add products: ** 1. Enter **Products** 2. Click **New Product** 3. Fill in product information (name, price, picture) 4. Configure BOM (Bill of Materials) **BOM management skills: ** - Support multi-level nested BOM (products can be composed of other products) - Automatically calculate cost summaries - Version control: Edit the latest version, read-only historical versions --- ###Inventory Management ** Inventory operation type: ** - **Receive**: Receipt (purchase arrival) - ** Consumption **: Consumption (production and use) - **Adjust**: Adjustment (inventory correction) ** Batch traceability: ** - Generate unique batch number for each receipt record - Track the source and usage of raw materials - Support labeling of allergens and nutrients --- ###Order Processing (Orders) ** Create order: ** 1. Enter **Orders** 2. Click **New Order** 3. select the customer 4. Add products and quantities 5.
