Table Management (Tables) ####Create a ball table 1. Click the **"+ Add Table"** button 2. Fill in the table information: - Name of the table (e.g., No. 1 table, VIP room) - Rates per hour 3. After saving, the table is displayed in the status panel ####Table status description | state| color| meaning| |------|------|------| | Available |🟢green| freely available| | Occupied |🔴red| are using| | Reserved |🟡yellow| have made an appointment| | Maintenance |Gray| maintenance| ####Start counting 1. Select an idle table 2. Click **"Start Session"** 3. Enter customer information (optional) 4. The system automatically starts timing and billing ####End checkout 1. Select the table you are using 2. Click **"End Session"** 3. The system displays: - usage time - Table fees - Associated catering orders (if any) 4. Select payment method to complete the settlement --- ### 2. Catering Management (F&B) ####Menu Management ** Path **: Sidebar → F&B → Expand View submenu 1. ** Classification management **: Create categories for drinks, snacks, meals, etc. 2. ** Commodity management **: - Add product name, price, cost - Set inventory quantity - Upload product pictures ####Order ordering process 1. Select the table you are using 2. Click **"Add Order"** or enter the F&B module 3. Select products and set quantities 4. Orders are automatically associated to the table 5. Combined with table fees at checkout ####Inventory warning - System automatically monitors inventory - Display warning when below set threshold - View the complete inventory report on the **Stock Report** page --- ### 3. Transactions ** Path **: Sidebar → Transactions - View all historical transactions - Filter by date, amount, payment method - Export transaction report --- ### 4.
