VanceFeedback is a modern intelligent feedback and work order management system. It adopts a client-server architecture, with a front-end based on React and a back-end based on Express. It integrates automation functions driven by Google Gemini AI or ZhiPu BigModel, aiming to improve the efficiency of user feedback collection, tracking and management.
When you start it for the first time, you need to go through the configuration wizard. After entering, select SQLite database for initialization configuration. The default administrator account password: admin/admin123 main function AI intelligent assistant: Automatically generate work order summaries and quickly understand the core of the problem through AI. Smart response to suggestions. Mobile optimization: A management backend designed specifically for mobile devices supports gesture operations and responsive layout. Manage work orders, view users and process feedback anytime, anywhere. ˇEnhance security: Multiple human-machine authentication: Supports Cloudflare Turnstile and Altcha (including Pow-based authentication) to flexibly respond to different security needs. API rate limiting: A role-based rate limiting strategy that effectively protects against abuse and DDoS attacks. Security authentication: mailbox authentication, JWT identity authentication and password encrypted storage. Role Access Control (RBAC): Ordinary users: Submit feedback and track work order progress in real time. Administrator: Full-functional work order management, supporting AI-assisted processing. Super administrator: system-level configuration, user management, audit log viewing. 📈Data visualization: The administrator dashboard provides time-based trend analysis, work order statistics, and satisfaction distribution.
