BetterShift is a scheduling application designed for users who need to manage shift work. The first time you open the app, you will see a welcome page 2. Click the **"Create Calendar"** button 3. Enter a calendar name (e.g. My Schedule) 4. Choose a color you like 5. Click **"Save"** Save ###Step 2: Add shifts 1. Click the **"+"** button in the lower right corner to open the **New Shift** panel 2. Fill in shift information: - **Select Preset**: If there is a preset shift, you can directly select - **Date**: Select shift date - **All-day shift**: Check means all-day shifts - **Start Time / End Time**: Set work and leave time - **Title**: Enter the shift name (e.g. morning shift, evening shift) - **Notes**: Add comment information (optional) - **Color**: Select the shift display color 3. Click **"Save"** Save >** Tip **: Right-click on a date in the calendar to add a note or event ###Step 3: View statistics The **Shift Statistics** area at the bottom of the page will automatically display statistical information: - **Week / Month / Year**: Switch statistical cycles - **Overview**: Overview Statistics - **Distribution**: Shift distribution - **Comparison**: Comparative analysis - **Radar**: Radar map display - **Total Shifts**: Total number of shifts - **Total Hours**: Total hours
