First login settings 1. After accessing the app, log in using your Lazy Cat WeChat account 2. Click **Start** to enter the initial settings 3. Create your company information: - company name - company address - contact information - Upload company Logo (optional) ### 2. add customer 1. Click on the top menu **Clients** 2. Click the **CREATE* button in the upper right corner 3. Fill in customer information: - customer company name - contact name - contact email - Upload customer Logo (optional) 4. Save it and see it in the customer list ### 3. Create a quote >Quotations are used to show customers the estimated price, which can be converted into official invoices with one click after confirmation by customers. 1. Click **Quotes** → **CREATE** 2. select the customer 3. Add quote items: - project name - number - unit price 4. The system automatically calculates the total amount 5. click Save 6. Optional: Send quotation to customer ** Convert quotation to invoice **: On the quotation details page, click "Convert to Invoice" to generate an official invoice. ### 4. Create Invoice 1. Click **Invoices** → **CREATE** 2. select the customer 3. Set up invoice details: - Invoice number (automatically generated) - invoicing date - payment period 4. Add charging items: - Service/product name - number - unit price 5. Save and export PDF or send to customers ### 5. Recording payment 1. Click "Record Payment" on the invoice details page 2. Or add a collection record on the **Payments** page 3. Fill in: - payment amount - payment date - payment method 4. The system automatically updates invoice status
