CloudSlate is a professional-level SaaS collaboration platform specially built for modern film and television production teams. This project aims to carry out comprehensive informatization and database transformation of the notice sheet and schedule process in the traditional crew that relies on paper, Excel and instant messaging tools.
By providing a unified Web management backend and mobile application, the platform is committed to solving core pain points such as delayed crew information transmission, error-prone data recording, opaque production progress, and cumbersome post-handover. From the online creation and one-click distribution of electronic notices by the assistant director (AD), the digital signage and metadata recording by the on-site recorder through mobile devices at the shooting site, to the real-time viewing of visual shooting progress reports by the producer, CloudSlate will open up the data link from pre-preparation to post-production, significantly improving the crew's collaboration efficiency, data accuracy and management level, allowing the creative team to focus more on the artistic creation itself.
