RepMate is a self-managed fitness tracking app designed specifically for strength training. No complex configuration is required and it is available out of the box to help you easily record and manage fitness data. ###Core characteristics - ** Simple and intuitive ** -Focus on core functions, clear and easy to use interface - ** Complete record ** -Record detailed data such as number of times, weight, and number of groups - ** Multi-dimensional management ** -classified management by exercise, equipment, and muscle group - ** Notes function ** -Add notes and instructions for each workout - ** Data autonomy ** -Self-managed deployment, data is completely in your hands - ** Historical tracking ** -View training history and track progress After accessing the app, you will see 4 main functional modules: - **Workouts** (Exercise Records) -Record and view training history - **Exercises** (Exercise Actions) -Manage all exercise actions library - **Equipment** (Equipment) -Manage fitness equipment used - **Muscles** (Muscle Group) -View by target muscle group ### 1ˇ Record workouts This is the core function of the app and is used to record each workout. ####Start a new workout ** Step 1: Select practice movements ** Click on the drop-down menu to select the exercise you want to do, such as: - Back Squat (Barbell) -Barbell Squat - Bench Press (Barbell) -Barbell bench press - Deadlift (Barbell) -Barbell Hard Lift - ... such ``` ┌──────────────────────────────────┐ │ Back Squat (Barbell) ▼ │ └──────────────────────────────────┘ ``` ** Step 2: Add comments (optional)** Add a description of this training in the **Notes** text box: - "I feel good today" - "Reduced by 10kg, focusing on the standardization of movements" - "New personal record! " ** Step 3: Record each group ** Input box format: ** Times x Weight ** Example: ``` Repetitions: 10 Weight: 80 Expression: 10 times x 80kg ``` Click the **"Add Set"** button to save this set of data. ** Step 4: Continue adding groups ** Repeat step 3 to record the second and third groups... Typical number of training groups: ``` Group 1: 10 times x 60kg (warm-up group) Group 2: 8 times x 80kg (Working Group) Group 3: 6 times x 90kg (Working Group) Group 4: 5 times x 95kg (Challenge Group) ``` ** Step 5: Complete the exercise ** After completing all groups, click the **"Finish Exercise"** button. ** Step 6: Continue with the next exercise ** Repeat the above process and record other exercises for the day.
