Visit the login page 2. Click **Register New Account**(register a new account) 3. Fill in the information: - email address - Password (at least 8 digits) - full name 4. Click **Register** to register ####Step 2: Wait for administrator approval ˇ* * Important **: Newly registered users are in ** pending approval status ** by default and cannot log in immediately! After registering, you will see a prompt: ``` Your account is pending approval by an administrator ``` This is a security mechanism that prevents unauthorized access. ####Step 3: Administrator approves new users Administrators need to do the following: 1. Log in using administrator account 2. Click the menu in the upper right corner → **User Management** 3. Find users to be approved 4. Click the ** Edit button next to the user **ˇ 5. Check the **Approved** checkbox 6. (Optional) Set user roles (Admin/Editor/Viewer) 7. (Optional) Limit accessible locations 8. Click **Save** Save ####Step 4: Log in with a new account After approval, new users can log in using the registered email and password.
