## GoAlert On-call Management GoAlert is an open source on-call management and alert routing platform from Target. It provides automated notifications, escalation policies, schedule management, and multi-channel alerts. Launch the application and open the GoAlert web console from the desktop shortcut 2. Sign in with the default admin account (username: admin, password: admin123) 3. Configure team members and contact methods under Settings > Users 4. Create on-call schedules in Schedules, define shift duration and handover time 5. Set up escalation policies in Escalation Policies (e.g., escalate after 5 minutes) 6. Create services in Services and connect your monitoring sources (Webhook, Email, etc.) 7.
