MarkIdea is an open source, free, self-hosted private cloud taking application. Use Markdown as the note format, use Git to manage versions and push remote warehouse backups.
Default administrator account password: admin/admin123 ·Cross-platform deployment: Java programs can be run on Linux/macOS/Windows by installing jre/jdk, B/S architecture, and browser access. · Markdown native support: Use the vditor editor to customize automatic saving, code highlighting, word count, and editor styles. · Git version management: Historical versions of notes can be previewed and pushed to remote Git warehouses for backup and recovery. ·No external database: Built-in Sqlite reduces deployment and maintenance complexity. ·Notes and notebook operations: Create/rename/move/publish notes, support search and historical viewing; file names are titles, and folders are notebooks. ·File management: View, upload, and delete attachments on the settings page, and support vditor file uploading.
