LibreKB is a free, open source, self-hosted knowledge base web application based on PHP and MySQL, suitable for individuals or enterprises to quickly build and manage knowledge base systems.
First open it with a browser, and the web page will display Connection failed: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused, ignore it.
