Fasten Health Archives is a fully open source, offline deployable electronic medical record (EMR) aggregation platform. One-stop integration: Automatically synchronize medical records from 25,000 + hospitals, clinics, and insurance companies with one login. Privacy comes first: All data is stored only on your server, the local database is encrypted, and it is never uploaded to the cloud. Family-friendly: Multi-user design allows parents to manage their children or elderly medical records in a unified manner, and flexibly authorize viewing or read-only permissions. FHIR standard: Comprehensively supports industry mainstream FHIR and OAuth2 (SMART-on-FHIR), with strong compatibility.
