OWASP Mutillidae II is a free open source project that is deliberately designed to be vulnerable to provide cybersecurity enthusiasts with the goal of learning and practicing cybersecurity skills. Mutillidae can be easily installed on Linux and Windows systems and supports LAMP, WAMP and XAMPP environments. In addition, it is pre-installed on SamuraiWTF and OWASP BWA, and existing versions can be updated on these platforms. In order to facilitate resetting the environment, data persistence is not carried out. You only need to restart the application every time to reset the environment.
